Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

We'll be meeting at 4:00pm on Saturday, July 4th at St Andrews Pub in Benson.

Bonne fête nationale! What could be more patriotic than cheering on our 1700s besties, who helped us win our independence (and speaking French while doing it)?

Celebrate the 4th by returning the favor and cheering on LES BLEUS as France takes on Paraguay in the World Cup round of 16!

Wear some bleu blanc et rouge (or "rouge blanc et bleu" si vous préférez...) and let's make some noise!
