Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!
C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.
AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.
OÙ ET QUAND?
We'll be meeting at 1:30pm on Sunday, March 29th at Site-1 Brewing.
For our final November event, C&C will return to Site-1 Brewing on Farnam Street. Site-1 has an extensive beer menu along with craft cocktails. If anyone wants to get a bite, they sell Detroit style pizza as well as sandwiches and salads.
Parking can be found in a free lot across the street on 26th and Farnam as well as on Farnam (metered).
When you arrive, look for C&C organizer Alicia Jaunty. All levels of French proficiency welcome. We hope to see you there!
