Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

OÙ ET QUAND?

Come listen to C&C's own Jeff Koterba, Ryan Foehlinger and Katie Kasher as well as cellist Christina Allred at their début gig as The French Squares! Doors at Clover24 open at 6:00pm on Thursday, August 27th which gives us a chance for French conversation before the music starts at 7:00pm. They will be playing until 8:30pm after which there should be a bit more time to hang out and chat in French.

There will be nibbles provided and guests are welcome to BYOB (alcohol is allowed). The suggested donation for the event is $10.

Plenty of free parking is available on the north side of the building.
