Café et Conversation Midwest - L’Étranger à Film Streams

  • Film Streams' Ruth Sokolof Theater 721 North 14th Street Omaha, NE, 68102 (map)

Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

OÙ ET QUAND?

Salut! Jeff is doing a C&C takeover this Saturday! We'll be going to Film Streams—the downtown Omaha location—for a showing of L'Étranger followed by an organic chat at either Rally coffee, the Tap Room bar, or Dolomiti for pizza. TBD by the group!

We'll be meeting at 2:30pm on Saturday, April 18th at the Film Streams’ Ruth Sokolof Theater in North Downtown Omaha.

You can buy tickets in advance here: https://filmstreams.org/films/the-stranger

When you arrive, look for C&C founder Jeff Koterba. All levels of French proficiency welcome!
