Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

OÙ ET QUAND?

We'll be meeting at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 6th at Trucks & Taps.

Please note that this event has been POSTPONED from June 4th to June 6th due to weather.

We’re returning to Trucks & Taps, a wonderful outdoor venue with plenty of libations and eats at a couple food trucks (Abra Kebabra and Pulled BBQ). The bar will be open the whole time whereas the food trucks close at 2pm, so please arrive before then if you want to order any food.

When you arrive, look for C&C organizer Jerry Syslo. All levels of French proficiency welcome. À bientôt!
