Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!
C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.
AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.
OÙ ET QUAND?
You’re warmly invited to join us for a relaxed French conversation get-together. Come experience Oscar Carl, a charming vineyard nestled in the countryside just outside of Sioux City. We’ll stay cozy inside enjoying local wines and beer, plus a simple menu of foods to choose from.
Whether you’re fluent or just beginning, all levels are welcome. What matters most is good company and the joy of speaking together.
We'll be meeting at 6:00pm on Thursday, December 11th at Oscar Carl Vineyard in Sioux City.
When you arrive, look for C&C Sioux City organizer Janet Frederick. Let us know that you’re coming by RSVPing below. We hope to see you there!
