Alliance Française Omaha has partnered with independent group Café et Conversation Midwest to bring Omaha and the Midwest’s francophones a French conversation event every week of the year!

C&C is a casual weekly meetup to practice/speak French. Whether you are a beginner, native speaker, or somewhere in between, C&C is the group for you! C&C meets at various locations in the Omaha area as well as Lincoln and Sioux City. Events are free to attend and all are welcome.

AFO will share C&C’s events on our website event calendar, but we also encourage you to join the C&C community via their email list, private Facebook group and website below.

OÙ ET QUAND?

We'll be meeting at 9:30am on Saturday, October 25th at Cooper & Co. Home + Gift in Lincoln.

Cooper & Co. has a delightful outdoor space between their two stores and they have agreed to let us hold our event there again this year. They also informed me this year they don't have as many tables and seating. I will bring a couple tables. Please bring a lawn chair just in case.

I will plan to bring the coffee and bagels. I am looking for volunteers who could bring napkins, plates and plasticware, juice and cups. If anyone else wants to bring some fruit or other pastries, that would be more than welcome too!
