DESCRIPTION: As we cover the Sixième Étape in Trésors du temps, we will focus largely on the 17th century and the Classical Age. This will include discussion of major historical figures (e.g. Richelieu, Louis XIV), the arts, the literature and philosophy of the period, and—of course—Versailles. Please note that two manuals are required in this Salon; both are readily available at reasonable cost on Amazon, AbeBooks, and Thriftbooks. Please note that it may be necessary to reschedule the class on May 5 to May 4; students will be informed as soon as possible. Maximum 10 students.

FEE: Members: $200. Non-Members: $250.
