Dust off your best dessert tart recipe and don your French toque and apron. It's time for another AFO Concours!
If you enjoy showing off your baking skills, this sweet event is for you. Bake and bring your best dessert tart and let the judges decide which lucky participant will take home the prize.
Fruit tarts, custard tarts, any kind of tart may be entered - as long as it’s a dessert. Those not participating in the contest get to sample the best our bakers have to offer. (See? Everyone is a winner!)
Judges will be Cedric Fichepain, chef and owner of le Voltaire Restaurant and Le Petit Paris bakery and Laurent de Villiers, the former owner of The Normandy restaurant in Lincoln. They are excited to sample your culinary work. Not only will they choose the best tarts, but also share what makes them winners.
And, thanks to our lovely hostess' hospitality, we will get to enjoy the fresh country air surrounding Margaret’s home and horse ranch!

Complete the registration form below.
Prepare your favorite tart which serves a minimum of 8 people. There is no fee if you are are bringing a tart to be judged.
Note: no other food is needed. AFO will furnish light hors d’oeuvres, water, sparkling wine, coffee, and paper goods.

2nd prize — George Dinsdale’s “L’Art Culinaire” Cookbook
