Is France experiencing an Identity Crisis? Much has changed in this great European nation over the last twenty years. What does it mean to be French in this globalized world?

Don’t miss this presentation and discussion led by Jody Neathery Castro, Ph.D., Mark Rousseau, Ph.D., and Juliette Parnell, Ph.D.

11:30 - Registration,  12-Noon—Lunch followed by the Presentation.

1) Poulet sauce vin blanc; 2) Roulade de boeuf au fromage fondu; 3) Quiche aux champignons et aux épinards.  Dessert: Mousse au chocolat et aux pistaches

Cost: $20 Adults & $15 Students - includes presentation, main course, dessert, iced tea, coffee, tax, and tip.  French Wine can be purchased à la carte for $6 per glass.
